Using the pull down menus
With your mouse or pointer, point at the arrow and pull down the menu.
Scroll to your option.
Make sure it is highlighted and then click on go.
Moving from one Page to the other
You can move from one page to another by pointing at the option
and clicking once on it.
Or by clicking on the Back or Forward arrows at the top
and then clicking at your choice.
